Other titles I have been enjoying in the new DC Comics universe include Justice League and Justice League International. I read the first issues of Action Comics, Frankenstein – Agent of S.H.A.D.E. and Green Arrow, as well, and recommend those titles. Green Arrow is a refreshing take on the archer. He acts more like the Green Arrow seen on Smallville (the long-running TV show) than the Green Arrow that has been in Justice League for years. The new Green Arrow is still Oliver Queen but he has a team surrounding him and he looks more youthful than he has in the comics, in my opinion.
The first order of attack was allowing the two groups of chickens to get to know each other without being let loose with each other. To accomplish this, I put the new chickens in an upside down crate in the middle of the chicken coop. The existing girls were quite interested in the new girls, but the new girls stayed protected and got to meet the older chickens from a safe distance.
Another new surfboard design, innovated in the early 1990’s was Morey’s longboard he calls the Swizzle. He is still making these boards, which come in lengths from 7′ 0″ to 10′ 0″ and longer. This is a custom fiber glassed surfboard that features a shape with the nose of his Peck Penetrator, the body with wider areas in the chest and hip areas, the center section of the board being just inside of parallel. Morey calls the shape parabolic. The rear rails feature the Afterburner vacuum rails on a 45 degree inward angle from top to bottom similar to a boogie board rail. The Afterburners decrease the suction on the rear of the surfboard, increasing the speed of paddling and running down line on a wave. The vacuum rear rails engage the water and help pull the surfboard around when making a turn.
We must be fair in our evaluation of this great city, however. Certainly New York City is fantastic, but there are always drawbacks to living in any metropolis. New York’s arteries are slowly calcifying with a dangerous blockage caused by too many people, and when the blood pressure rises, tempers and hostilities flare. New Yorkers, largely due to the aggravation of overpopulation, can be testy. As the city becomes progressively more crowded, tensions, nerves and even outright hostilities will continue to thrive. Since this is a tough city to live in, New Yorkers tend to possess a certain mental toughness. This attitude comes across as being obnoxious and rude. New Yorkers are therefore believed to have a crummy attitude, considered anti-social.

A few years ago I decided to try something new and run a marathon. It took a couple years of training and a lot of hard work, but I finished! I can honestly say that completing that marathon made me feel like I could do anything. I had a new strength; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
The fact is, true new yorkers (https://storage.googleapis.com) wouldn’t probably have it any other way. They might have to scrimp and save, but they can go see free concerts in Central Park. They might have to clip coupons to pay for Thanksgiving Dinner, but they can walk out their front door and watch Macy’s Thanksgiving parade in person. They might have to drink cheap champagne on New Years Eve, but they can drink it as they revel in Times Square as they watch that famous ball slide down in person while millions of people around the planet watching the festivities on television wish they were there.
